Directions
Combine rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice in a blender. Cover and pulse until smooth. Adjust sweetness with additional pineapple juice, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
*Note: If you don't have blue curacao, substitute 1/4 cup triple sec plus 3 to 4 drops blue food coloring.
**Note: Stir in can before measuring.
