for this you need:boneless chicken breast of one chicken
frozen parboiled green peas 2 tbsp.
chop onion 2 tsp.
garlic 1 tsp.
cooking oil 2 tbsp ( for sauteing)
cooking oil for frying.
chop cilantro 1 tsp.
egg 1 nos.
bread crumbs 4 tbsp
salt to taste
dry rosemary pwd. 1/2 tsp.
Method:
cut the chicken breast in to 1" thick strips.(you will get four numbers with one chicken)
rub with salt and rosemary pwd. and keep aside.
make a mince of green peas. saute chop onion with
garlic, till it change its color to light brown, add mince peas with chop cilantro, season with salt and let it cool.
take a chicken strip place the peas mix in one side of chicken and roll it, dip in egg and coat with bread
crumbs. do similarly with remaining chicken.
deep fry in hot oil till golden in color. cut into two and serve with balsamic mayonnaise.
